Our approach

Entelea makes use of a bottom-up approach to model and simulate the behaviour/performance of  different classes of materials (metals and alloys, inorganic, organic and polymeric, composites).

Bottom-up approach implies understanding the building blocks and then assembling them into a useful structure by passing the information across different scales by starting from the Quantum scale and provide an input to the next scale (Atomistic and Mesoscopic) by Coarse-Graining (or grouping). This information ends up to the Continuum scale as a material model(s) for the under study system(s) to investigate complex macroscopic phenomena.

Entelea has a wide experience on different modeling and simulation methods across different length and time scales to capture and model the complex behaviour of materials.
